Opening Procedure The opening procedure includes the following steps You pay the opening fee. Payment can be made by a Western Union, wire transfer or check/money order. We will send you by fax account agreements for your signature, banking signature card that also should be signed and duly notarized in accordance with your local legal requirements and other necessary application forms to fill in.
